Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon booking.  Forms of payment accepted: cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit card*.  *Payments made via credit or debit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee.  

Change Policy: Changing the requested theme or designs of a booked order within 14 days of the pickup date may incur an additional fee or might not be possible. 

Cancellation Policy: With a 14 day advance notice, orders can be rescheduled for another date, without penalty (subject to availability). 

Payment of your order serves as acknowledgement and agreement to all terms listed above.
