Please inquire about a custom order as soon as you know your date and needs! My schedule books up weeks and even months in advance, especially around holidays.  

I can sometimes accommodate short notice orders (less than 14 days), so please reach out!

I am located in Palm Beach Gardens.  Custom orders are picked up from my home at an agreed upon date/time.  Arrangements to meet at a mid-point location can sometimes be accommodated - let's chat! 

Payment is due upon booking.  This confirms your order and your spot on my calendar.

Accepted forms of payment: cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit card.  Payments made via credit or debit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee.  

My standard cake pop recipe contains wheat, eggs and dairy. While it does not contain nuts, I work in a shared home kitchen where nuts are used and cannot guarantee safety for a person with nut allergies.

Cake pops are best when served at room temp and should be consumed within 5-7 days.  

• If necessary, cake pops can be refrigerated or frozen to extend their shelf life.
• In the refrigerator, wrapped cake pops will remain fresh for 10-14 days.  
• Cake pops can be frozen for up to 3 months. 

Keep cake pops out of the sun and away from heat - they will melt

Hot chocolate bombs will remain fresh at room temp for 60 days.

Boozy bombs will remain fresh at room temp for 2-3 weeks.

If necessary, hot chocolate bombs can be frozen for up to 6 months

Change Policy: Changing the requested theme or designs of a booked order within 14 days of the pickup date may incur an additional fee or might not be possible. 

Final design choices are at the discretion of the Twisted Treat Boutique.

Cancellation Policy: With a 14 day advance notice, orders can be rescheduled for another date, without penalty (subject to availability). 

Payment of your order serves as acknowledgement and agreement to all terms listed above.
